The service here is truly world class. What really sets them apart, is how friendly and welcoming everyone is. They make you feel like part of the community, not just another customer. Highly recommend to anyone who loves bikes, you won’t find better service, better gear, or better people anywhere else!
drove to shop whilst riding on a sunday at Bare Creek to get a spare cable to find open and closed times are incorrect not opened sundays between 10-2 pm.
Jess and her husband were so great! There communication was easy, I dropped my bike off and they had it sorted by the next day and went above and beyond to get it fixed. Will definitely be my new go to for bike repairs! Thanks guys!
These guys are established and experienced. I recently had a tricky repair job, and they were super-helpful and responsive. I can't recommend them highly enough.
Seems like I'm not the only person with an extremely disappointing experience. I wanted to support a local business and in return received appalling customer service and outright rudeness when I complained. Will definitely not support or recommend - looks like bad service runs throughout this family business.
