I had a knee injury and started seeing Ilana for physiotherapy, followed by weekly Pilates rehab sessions. Over time I’ve really felt my strength, flexibility, and stability improve. Her programs are targeted and varied, which keeps me motivated and progressing. I often arrive feeling tired, but after an hour with her I always leave re-energised, with my body activated and full of energy. I highly recommend Ilana’s professional services!
Steve is a top top physio, injured my shoulder last weekend and was in a lot of pain with it, some dry needling got the muscle spasm down and feeling much better today, thanks appreciate it
Having suffered BPPV for a number of months, I was referred to Matthew as he is a vestibular physio. So impressed, 2 sessions and it was cleared. Matthew takes the time to test for symptoms, explain the process, and then treat. The practice is very professional and all staff are very welcoming. My mum has now started treatment for a different type of vertigo. Highly recommend a visit if you need a physiotherapist.
