Frustrating follow up I purchased a dining set (custom order) and a mattress/box spring set from this store. The purchase process went very well. But as problems arose after the sale was complete, I feel their follow up has not been to my satisfaction. I asked specifically for warranty information for the mattress set and for the dining set. I got nothing in writing for either. Now that I'm disappointed with the quality, I have been left regretting the purchases in the first place. Horrible Customer Service We bought an entire bedroom suite from this company. When they finally delivered the furniture, part of it was broken. We were promised a replacement. After a month it hadn't come. We called and were told "it fell through the cracks". We called again 2 months after the original delivery. There was no explanation for what had happened. I called to speak to the manager. He called my home phone while I was at work and never attempted to call me again. I called once more and was told the manager was too... read more

great furniture The store was clean, welcoming, and very attractive. I was greeted soon after I enter the store by a helpful salesclerk. Although I was merely looking on this trip, I was impressed by the variety and quality of the furniture on display. This is a great store!
