The staff is amazing. I wish I could say the same for the owners. I came in for cryotherapy. You are put in a chamber naked or a bra and panties/underwear. I have done about 10 sessions. My recent scheduled session they were short staff. There was a very nice young man up front handling the phones, the chambers and the front desk. In the past I have always had a female employee assist me in the chambers. Someone has to stay in there with you to monitor the time and for safety purposes.
