Starting with the call center where I called today 5/1/2025 the lady was so kind, and professional and I was able to get same day appointment. The office staff was amazingly kind and also very accommodating and professional, the lady that did my X-rays very kind, explained everything and very professional and the Dr Sing was the best Dentist I had seen she was kind, and explained everything to me. I LOVE this clinic.... And coming from someone who has many many health issues, I can genuinely say this may have been the best doctor visit I've EVER been to. The entire staff was pleasant, and the Dr. actually took her time and listened. I'm impressed! Definitely my new go to!
This review is for the dental office in Blue Island. The dental office mentioned was listed as in network for my plan. I called to make an appointment and provided my insurance number and info. I was given an appointment for the next day. I called the next morning after receiving a voicemail that they didn’t have a valid insurance on file for me.
