I LOVE this clinic.... And coming from someone who has many many health issues, I can genuinely say this may have been the best doctor visit I've EVER been to. The entire staff was pleasant, and the Dr. actually took her time and listened. I'm impressed! Definitely my new go to!
This review is for the dental office in Blue Island. The dental office mentioned was listed as in network for my plan. I called to make an appointment and provided my insurance number and info. I was given an appointment for the next day. I called the next morning after receiving a voicemail that they didn’t have a valid insurance on file for me. The service I get at the actual facility in Blue Island is really good and I give them above five stars. The only problem that I have which is why I gave three stars is because when you call the operator she makes it sound like you are wasting her time. She sounds very unhappy and talks down to you when you asked questions as if you should know better because you know everybody's a doctor as well.
