I had a good experience with Lisa at first. After I received IRS letters, communication stopped. I emailed and called multiple times with no response. I later received a collections notice for $1,100 that I had to pay myself because I could not reach her. I have requested my tax records (including depreciation schedules) and have not received them. I will be taking my business elsewhere and would like a refund for the services I paid for.
This was our second year using Lisa. She really knows how to get the best return for us. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to get the best return and advise.
