Management is horrible they don't treat their people with respect and they treat the elderly people horribly

My parents have been at Belmont for three months. I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff. Everyone from the director, director of nursing, NPs, nurses, PALS, kitchen staff , concierge, housekeeping-and even marketing are wonderful. They have a heart for the elderly and treat the residents as if they were family. All the medical staff have been very communicative with the health issues my parents have had.
