My Mom has been living at Belmont in memory care (“the neighborhood”) for about four months. I’m her primary caregiver and I’m at the facility almost every day, so I’ve really gotten a good feel for how they operate. This is an excellent facility! The staff work so hard to care for my Mom. Mom is a difficult and demanding patient, but the CNAs keep their cool and provide her with such outstanding care. Belmont has high quality activities for the residents. Beware it's definitely discrimination going on here and if you say anything you get treated worser and everyone knows about it there's no one you can talk to if it's a employee survey going on and you are supposed to be a employee but rvercabmn acess it but you and you ask why and receive no response what would you think how can someone come to work knowing they ate not wanted treated differently and have to walk on eggshells being intimidated and even the head people tone of voice and demeanor is threatening no one should b... read more
Came for an interview twice with the DON for a med tech job, interview went well and as soon as I turned my back, in glimpse and noticed she thrown my resume and application in the trash. Don’t tel someone you will can them for a second interview after throwing away there resume and application.
Belmont Village is the gold standard. The staff is friendly and attentive, the facility is immaculate and beautiful, and the view is priceless It is truly a community. In every activity and event, you feel the positive connection among residents and staff. People are engaged and enjoying themselves. I cannot say enough good things about Belmont Village!
Fantastic place. My dad loves it and is improving quite rapidly.
