Katchapol and Yuri were very rude, hanging up on me repeatedly and after I persisted and bought the SIM card anyhow, Katchapol wrote me to encourage me to return the card unused, which I then did. When I looked at the BBB site I saw that others had had very similar experience. This is what they call Customer Service. I strongly suggest that anyone interested in this kind of SIM card look elsewhere for a product which has more customer friendly support.
