We have our son at KinderCare for almost 2 years, since he was 5 months old, and I can’t recommend it enough! The staff and teachers are kind and loving. They’ve eased our son into each classroom change as he grew older and always taken the time to build trust with him. The classrooms are clean, the food is healthy and fresh, and the kids are happy. Its 3 star score on Google is totally undeserved. This may not be the childcare set-up that suits you or your child, but if it’s the right fit, you’ll love it.
My family and I had a such a great experience at the kindercare in Pennsylvania. Once we moved to Long Beach to get my daughter transitioned into her new classroom it was literally a mess. Their communication is horrible, and clearly disorganized. We received conflicting information on a start date, they only answer the phone 10% of the time and definitely does not return phone calls, even after messages were left to schedule a visit which never happened. Very caring teachers, great director, enjoyed everything since we have been at this facility.
I went to tour the school, and am so impressed with the management team and staff there. The children looked so engaged and the teachers were so loving. I'm on the waitlist and hope to get in very soon!
