My family and I had a such a great experience at the kindercare in Pennsylvania. Once we moved to Long Beach to get my daughter transitioned into her new classroom it was literally a mess. Their communication is horrible, and clearly disorganized. We received conflicting information on a start date, they only answer the phone 10% of the time and definitely does not return phone calls, even after messages were left to schedule a visit which never happened. I went to tour the school, and am so impressed with the management team and staff there. The children looked so engaged and the teachers were so loving. I'm on the waitlist and hope to get in very soon!

Never been but lack of communication while asking about the negative reviews is making me leave this negative review. I want the best for my baby and if I can’t get a response to my questions - i don’t trust the people there.

UPDATE AGAIN: 5-STAR after been here for over three year! My son moved to preschool now with Ms. Shamika and Ms. Lynda. Very grateful that our son is in the hands of great teachers. He’s been learning fast, and happy to go to school! He has his friends from his infant class, so happy to see all of them growing so well :) Before this, we’re with Ms. Laura and Ms. Kassandra.
