All I’m doing to say is that if it wasn’t for Troy then my husband and I wouldn’t be in our own house right now. Trying to work with any other lender or bank was a nightmare and we honestly lost so much hope until we found out about Troy and BSB. They have awesome rates, willing to work with you, and even have cashback promotions and a the highest interest rates for your savings account that we have seen. My husband and I have yet to have a problem with anyone working there and they have all been very kind and knowledgeable.
Billing department is awful, wish I never got my mortgage through them. Go elsewhere.
