By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a moving company. I was completely conned by a gentleman named nick rose. Nick not only lied abt giving a realistic sq footage, but also abt time of delivery and claiming to “always answer his cell phone.” The inventory had been verified 3 different times prior to movers showing up, guess what…when the movers showed up, they said I needed almost twice the sq footage. This company is a scam. Beware of their quote as they will not honor it. I sent them pictures of everything we needed moved and they supplied a reasonable quote including the space on the truck. When my moving date was days away, I was sent a revised quote for three times the cost. Last minute I had to rent my own truck and move everything myself. In September 2022 Stay away from this company as much as possible. 3 boxes full of kitchen utensils were stolen, a $500 coffee table was stolen. I have a missing list of stuff .. I tried to file a complaint, but they are far away from my location… And instead to receive in 09/2/2022 I received in 09/26/2022
Update:Buyers beware.I received feedback from others who have used multiple moving companies. What was done by this company was unprofessional, so I will stick with two stars. This company is a complete SCAM, DO NOT USE. They will take your money and never deliver your things. They state they subcontract jobs out to other 3rd party moving companies who are also scams and then the 'offices' they rent out, to make it seem like they have a storefront for a short while, they are evicted from and the sheriff shuts them down and you never hear from them again.
