I had a choice to order drawer pulls online or from local business to support our Belmont City companies. Came in very prepared with my drawer pull listing with part numbers on a printed page. Granted came in 15 minutes before close but thought I could start the process. I've stopped using Belmont Hardware as staff is too above those of us who come in with dirty jeans and no bling. Very bad experience with a lady named DIANA she gave me the wrong order, and I took it back, and she gave me attitude. She is so ignorant I was a client that way she has a job anyway be careful check your orders!!!!!
