Due to someone passing, I no longer have income. I've reached out to the company to return what I was purchasing, which I've only had a month. And cancel my contract because I'm unable to pay for this with out an income. The company emailed me back and didn't seem to care any at all, and basically threatened me stating if I couldn't pay for it they will be reporting me negatively to all credit bureau. Horrible company! Purchased rainbow vacuum and had payments automatically taken out every 2 weeks! In the last month they keep calling, sending out letters saying payment is 30 days late! Impossible when it's taken out of check every 2 weeks! Today they called my mother n law and left a voicemail saying my wife needs to call them! Both payments were taken out this month and even the customer service said it was taken out! I would not recommend this company to anyone! No problems until their update on the 20th of November. Now I can't log in, reach anyone by phone, nor will it let me change password. I hope that my payment that will be late doesn't ruin my credit score. Been paying early for over two years and am almost paid off and this happens with no way to reach them.

Nightmare! Between 03/21-07/21 Belmont reported late payments although the we paid bi-weekly. I contacted them and also disputed with no success. We called Belmont back and asked for the pay off amount so that we could be done with them. They gave us the amount, we paid and closed the account in in July 2021. We recieved a letter from them confirming that the account was PAID IN FULL/closed. Not only did they CONTINUE to report it late for the following months, after it was closed.. Predatory Lenders!!! Belmont Finance is partners with New England Air Solutions. The two companies blame each other for their indiscretions and non-disclosures. They sell the product on a deferred basis without disclosing that the interests and penalties accrue during the deferral. The only reason I discovered this deceit was I tried paying off the purchase after six months and was refused by a Belmont representative. Paid my account off with their 3rd party company. They are still saying I owe money when I have the satisfaction of account letter, keeps tanking my credit with “missed payments” when I’ve already paid the account off. Will never recommend this company.

I gave Belmont a minus 0 rate This is the worst fiancé company ever. They need to be shut down!!! They are crooks, and liers They work with scammer to take innocent people money. They are very deceitful.

I was referred to Belmont Finance to purchase a Rainbow Purifying system. With this program, you have so many months interest free and the final payment is due. All was good up until the time I was trying to pay off my final balance. In April of 2022 I asked for a final pay off amount. I was given the amount and paid it shortly after the phone call.
