Belmont airport taxi was recommended to me as a good company to use while traveling with kids. I made a reservation, it was confirmed. Then they never showed up at the scheduled time. I tried emailing and calling, no answer. I understand that mistakes happen, but when people are relying on you to get them to the airport, this is not how you should treat people.
I booked a taxi through these people yesterday and it didn't show up. As a result I missed my train and had to spend $341 to buy another ticket. The dispatcher was apathetic.
Three major issues which happened where I will never use this service and will not recommend: (1) they didn't show up for our flight pickup...15 minutes later they said they were 19 minutes away. So, looking close to almost 35 minutes late. (2) they gave me no indication they were in traffic/ running late...I had very little time to create plan B.
