I love this store! I love this store. I have gotten two dresses here. They are sooo nice. Not like the rude places down the street. I am a plus size girl and that lady makes me feel like i am special when i go in. I will always shop here and nowhere else.
You will love this store This was one of the most pleasant experiences ever. I've been married a little over a month now and I can't stop talking about how much I love this store. We got everything from Belmeade. My gown, bridesmaids, flowergirl and tuxedo's everything was perfect. My best friend is getting married next year. She had so much fun with them while we picked out my dress till she went back and bought hers their also.
Bad experince I got my tuxes, flower girl dresses and bride maid dress over at Bel Meade and they are beautiful BUT the lady who helped my keeps giving me the run around on my dresses she wont help without getting mad and is a rude smartass. if i knew it would be like this i wouldve went somewhere else and got my things.
Very good until... Like Ashley, I had a negative experience at Belmeade. The sad thing is, my first few trips to the store were absolutely wonderful. The lady named Cathy was truly one of the nicest and most helpful people I had encountered during my wedding planning. I was very close to ordering my dresses, when I encountered another lady who seemed to have no patience or time for me. She was short with me and didn't even seem to care about my vision whatsoever. Awesome Store!!! Belmeade Formal Wear is the absolute BEST Bridal store in the Tri-Cities area!! They always go out of their way to make your experience wonderful! My daughter got married last June & they made sure to make her day a fairytale! We bought her beautiful Wedding gown & all the bridesmaids there & also rented the tuxes.
