We stopped in the shop to look at new handlebar grips. We ended up buying several other accessories, new handlebars and two pairs of grips. The technician advised us on the purchases and installed everything, including accessories for us at no extra charge. Can’t remember the last time I’ve had such good customer service. If I lived locally, this is the only place I would go.

I am starting off the positive note. The situation below happened and when the owner found out(through my review) he immedIately contacted me and offered to refund the charge. He also spoke to his staff about the situation. Thhat is all you can ask from a small business owner. The fact that the issue happened is one thing but the most important part is the owner wont let it happen to anyone else again. I was on a long bike ride and got a flat right in front of their shop. I was far from home and asked if they can do the tire for me. They said they can get it done by the end of the day and it would be 55 dollars. I asked if there was any way they can do it for me quickly and they said there is absolutely nothing they can do. I asked if I gave them a few extra dollars, would they be able to do it quicker as I was stranded. They said absolutely, it will be the next one up. Employees were very helpful, answered all my questions. Listen to what I needed the bike for and made recommendations. They were very patient and let me test as many bikes as I wanted.
