My driver Mumin was there on time and called me to tell me that he was waiting at the gate for me, I had informed him that I was still working and had no idea how long it was going to take me to get this aircraft up and out of there, he told me don’t worry he will be waiting for me till I was done. Bellwood reached out to the company we work for in Guyana and My colleague and I worked as independent drivers to transport Bellwood Global clients/pilots to and from hotels in Guyana. We completed all scheduled trips. My Team's experience with Bellwood Global was nothing less than exceptional! They helped us coordinate transportation for over 200+ Guests between FLL and MIA airports, resort and Port Everglades cruise terminal. All transfers arrived on time, following precise greeting instructions, and vehicles were in pristine condition. They delivered on their promise for professional and reliable ground transportation. Poor Management and No Job Security Bellwood Global Transportation has extremely high turnover—constantly hiring due to poor staff retention. Employees are expected to be on-call 24/7 because of chronic understaffing. There is obvious favoritism among team members, and management communication is unprofessional.
