Called to feel out the tone and attitude of this place because of the horrid reviews and low rating. Needless to say, everyone is right lol. The person who answered the phone immediately gave me the ick with their attitude and was quick to take an argumentative stance because I called it a program lol. Similarly to Adriana's account, I've been trying to get through the application process for over a week and to no avail. I've called 5 separate times, and the agents have been continuously unhelpful and couldn't even answer my questions about quotes for the apartment, or how to apply for an apartment. There was also some contradictory information. The first or second agent I called told me the exact quote for a studio I was looking at- awesome, in my budget.
