Maintenance report issues in my Apartment in Olive way, is very in efficient it takes ages to fix, I reported my heater control knob broken and yet it’s been 10 days, and no one showed up. Annoying

Moved out of a Bellwhether property eight months ago and have still not received my deposit back. Communication and clarity are horrible. Maintenance is a joke. Been waiting with the patience of a saint to receive my deposit back since I was told well over a month after moving out that I had left the unit in "perfect condition" and would be getting a full refund, to then be told different stories by every single person I talked to as to what I had to do to actually receive said deposit back.
