This review is specifically about The Views At Madison, but based on other reviews, this seems to be the case throughout all of Bellwether's properties: The Views at Madison has the worst management I've ever encountered as a tenant. Where do I even begin? We've lived here for about 4 years now, and have constantly struggled to have our maintenance issues fixed. When we first moved in, we had NO HOT WATER for months. recently we were asked to tour several bellwether properties which they either manage or own, what was really puzzling is how down trodden and un maintained the appearances we r e allowed...it's always a good idea to privately ask current tenants as to what they see, what we were told is baffling...almost all described a tendency of very poor sanitation followed by a general view of mismanagement..apparently the senior staff with their secretive office on minor st will not answer to their tenants either...in fact from what w... read more
