Moved out of a Bellwhether property eight months ago and have still not received my deposit back. Communication and clarity are horrible. Maintenance is a joke. So the elevator in my fiancés apartment has been down over and over for a month now. It is hindering people with mobility disabilities and the ease of movement through the apartment complex. Thyssenkrupp elevators band aid fix it and it breaks the same day. Bellwether just sent an email to tenants about what they expect to be done because of the FIFA World Cup.
