So the elevator in my fiancés apartment has been down over and over for a month now. It is hindering people with mobility disabilities and the ease of movement through the apartment complex. Thyssenkrupp elevators band aid fix it and it breaks the same day. Bellwether just sent an email to tenants about what they expect to be done because of the FIFA World Cup. This review is specifically about The Views At Madison, but based on other reviews, this seems to be the case throughout all of Bellwether's properties: The Views at Madison has the worst management I've ever encountered as a tenant. Where do I even begin? We've lived here for about 4 years now, and have constantly struggled to have our maintenance issues fixed. When we first moved in, we had NO HOT WATER for months.
