This review is specifically about The Views At Madison, but based on other reviews, this seems to be the case throughout all of Bellwether's properties: The Views at Madison has the worst management I've ever encountered as a tenant. recently we were asked to tour several bellwether properties which they either manage or own, what was really puzzling is how down trodden and un maintained the appearances we r e allowed...it's always a good idea to privately ask current tenants as to what they see, what we were told is baffling...almost all described a tendency of very poor sanitation followed by a general view of mismanagement..apparently the senior staff with their secretive office on minor st will not answer to their tenants either...in fact from what w... read more
Called to feel out the tone and attitude of this place because of the horrid reviews and low rating. Needless to say, everyone is right lol. The person who answered the phone immediately gave me the ick with their attitude and was quick to take an argumentative stance because I called it a program lol. They interrupted me with “Ma’am… this is not a program.” Like all they were worried about was correcting my technicalities instead of actually providing helpful info or trying to figure out what I’m asking.
