Bill Frey and Bellwether Funding do not care about their clients, are unresponsive, and unethical. I was making timely monthly interest payments on a construction loan his private lender continued to hold, for a project that required those funds and had a 6-month deadline. Eventually, I was charged late penalties because his investor took a total of 8 WEEKS to pay my contractor for 2 construction payments for completed work. Worst experience of my life! And, no business loan after one year of being strung along by Dogwood State Bank. I am out $$$$$$$$$! For nothing! I really can’t believe this happened. I haven’t even been given a reason for it. No communication or explanation from Bellwether…not a word.
