I find it hard to even give 'one star' -- My granddaughter, a disappointed Bride having to cancel her local wedding event, gave Neisha over three months notice to cancel due to the COVID19 pandemic -- and spent over six hours back and forth to cancel and get a $1,000 deposit returned with Neisha totally denying any refund! Finally the Bride and Groom were forced to sign a document that they would not sue and then Neisha agreed to return $500 stating 'how do you expect me to pay my bills?' Rude lady but beautiful work
Neisha was such a joy to work with! She made the whole process of engagement and wedding photos easy and fun! She was prompt, helpful, and fun! She had great location suggestions and captured all of the important moments at our wedding. We had a pretty strict timeline at our wedding and she stuck to it and made sure everything was smooth and effortless.
