First of all the shop is just STUNNING , the staff are so welcoming and perfectly helpful! I had Robyn for my first ever appointment & I cannot thank her enough! She listened to everything I wanted and delivered every time! I had the most wonderful experience trying on wedding dresses with Bellissima and my stylist Dani was amazing! She was friendly, honest, and really helpful! I said yes to my dress and couldn’t have been happier but there were a few hidden things I think I would have liked to have been made aware of first. My dress didn’t originally come with sleeves but we were told we could add them. I ordered them and paid £200 per sleeve but when the dress arrived they weren’t attached to the dress and I was told I would have to pay extra... read more
You guys are amazing. You were my 2nd shop and I am so glad I waited for you to say yes. The team is amazing and you were so understanding of my concerns and medical changes. Jackie the seamstress was incredible. Dale who I received my finished dress from was incredible. I will drop the dress off at some point for the clean, but I thin I may need another photo session first when it's not pouring down with rain. Just form the bottom of my heart. Thank you guys <3
