Payless Shoe Source – I shopped at Payless on Black Friday 2011; and couldn't be more pleased with the service! The store was full of people, yet the salespeople were cheerful, lively, and quite helpful to everyone. Some of the other retailers at Bellis Fair Mall could learn from this store. It is obvious Payless has a "customer first" attitude; and I will shop there anytime I need shoes.

Great Mall Bellis Fair Mall has about every kind of store you are looking for. It a large mall with a lot of variety and I like the layout of the mall. It has a good eatery and a lot of great restaurants around it.
Bellis Fair Mall -- Even The Canadians Visit Bellis Fair Mall in Bellingham, WA is one of the main attractions of that town and houses many stores, including the five big stores -- Sears, Target, Mervyn's, JC Penny and the Bon Marche -- with many great sales offered by other stores. The mall is very spacious and houses an huge food court which is always bustling.
