Absolutely GROSS incompetence in this office. Rude and incompetent. Every person in this office needs a review of their ability to the job they currently retain. Incorrect payment entries, lack of knowledge of how to enter payments properly, unaccountability for incompetence, improper payment application to ACCOUNTS TO WHICH PAYMENTS DO NOT BELONG. HORRENDOUS. ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS.
Forcing us to have a compost bin with only one trash company to do business with is communism and people can't afford an additional $15 of utilities
