During the COVID-19 crisis, Bellingham's communication with families in weekly letters has been atrocious, a textbook case of how NOT to communicate with stakeholders, i.e, the families they serve, the people who entrusted Bellingham with our beloved mothers and fathers. After one memorable and panicked missive which urged families to be sure their Do Not Resuscitate paperwork was in order, the letters have been full of many glowing, self-congratulatory words from Corporate about how wonderful Bellingham is. I couldn't be more proud of my place of employment!
My stay at Park Lane was great. Everyone was great. Therapy was excellent and the food was great. The facility is beautiful and the grounds are beautiful. I would recommend this place to anyone.... Karen Lacher
Recent positive reviews have been posted by Employees of Bellingham or FB pages from other units that are part of Bellingham (Park Lane for example). Clearly an unethical attempt to "balance out" negative reviews of this facility. Makes one wonder what other unethical practices this facility employs.
Bellingham has been a positive staple in the Chester County area, serving discerning residents who desire a home-like environment minus the pretentiousness of some other retirement communities. its grand lobby and rustic dining room with preserved wooden beams and beautiful elegant brand new dining chairs, invite residents to partake in a 5 star dining experience with nightly professional host/hostess and attentive servers.
