Over the past six years, I have been a loyal client of Maria’s, starting when she was in Tucson. I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism I experienced here. I had an appointment for PDO threads and drove 30 minutes, only to be told upon arrival that they were out of threads and that they’re scheduled to be delivered in the next hour or two and they’ll call me to come back. They never called or updated me. A few days later, I stopped by in person to check, and again, I was told the threads weren’t in but was promised they’d contact me and fit me into the schedule as soon as they arrived.
