I was asked to update my review by the company for siting fraud. I was given excuses as to why no one showed (Covid related exposure over the weekend….my appointment was on Monday at 6pm so there was plenty of time to cancel or reschedule before I showed up, sat and waited) but in the end it doesn’t matter because I called and texted SEVERAL times while I was there and waited an additional 30 minutes only to be ignored and sent to voicemail. *FRAUD* She never showed. I paid in advance, confirmed my appointment and arrived early only to get forwarded to voicemail. No reply to call or texts and no one never showed. I waited for 30 more minutes hoping to hear back and it never happened. The placard at the suite also didn’t name the business which I found odd. Now I’ll have to file a dispute for fraud with my bank as I’m sure there’s no real intention to issue a refund when services purchased could not be rendered. Super disappointed.
