So, you have NO communication with me concerning my grandfather and now that you have went out of the scope of your UIA you have called me 2x in one week.......so now the Director of Nursing, Ms. Renee wants to be professional or at least try to be. My mother spent 10 years in a nearby excellent nursing home that I thought could not be beat, but the staff at Shenandoah are not only excellent in terms of clinical practice, but are warm, patient, and caring and are treating my father and other residents that I have observed with kindness and respect. I am so grateful!
Very comfortable & compassionate personnel. Food is good too as we ate Thanksgiving lunch & Friday night dinner with my grandma! Knowing that she is truly being cared for by a wonderful staff, makes it easier to us that she is now a permanent resident in the Assisted Living area. Thank you, from New York! God bless $
