Decided to rent a car upon arriving in Florida...called 1st listing I saw and so glad I did. Elon couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Delivered to me and we enjoyed our vacation in a car! And dropped at the airport couldn't have been simpler! Very impressed and highly recommend 👏 👌
Such a wonderful experience. I loved being able to arrive to the airport, paperwork complete and to be able to grab the car and go. We will definitely use this service again for our next visit. Super simple and clear instructions, clean car and great value!
The only upside I could even say about this company is they will work with you on payments. Obviously! I won't go into details because bashing them on this platform won't stop their business nor ruin their reputation. I am just disgusted on how much money I dumped into this rental experience with nothing in return but lies and no refund on my deposit. I don't even understand why I was charged a deposit when I had a credit card that was ran for car insurance even though I had a liability plan. I see how you guys respond to yo... read more
2x time we have used Belleair Rent-A-Car when we come from Australia to Florida to visit family. We always receive the best service! Elon and his team is very generous, knowledgeable, great communication and they are truly caring for all of our needs. We will always use them when we visit. This was the second year we used this car rental service and it's the best customer service we've ever experienced when renting a vehicle. Vehicle was clean, parked conveniently for us at the air port and was easy to return. The lots were completely full when we arrived at the airport before our return flight, I texted the number and was contacted immediately by Elon.
