Quick in and out with exceptional service. Karla sized me and educated me that cup size can change by bra style. Im clueless but felt comfortable with her guidance. They only had 1 bra in stock my size and im not picky so I took it. Im happy with it. I hope they get more soon.

I had such a great experience!The employee who helped me was absolutely amazing. She took the time to properly measure me and had me try on bras that actually fit—which is something I’ve struggled with for so long.What really stood out was how she explained the differences between the bras and why the size worked for my body. She was super knowledgeable, and patient You can tell they truly care about their customers here. I highly recommend it! I was looking to only buy one bra walked out with two! Worth the price!!

I had the worst experience. When I w as led in, yes, I was measured, one bra chosen by clerk, it did not fit and I was told they couldn’t fit me. Offered to order me a bra I have loved in the past but I needed to leave a $10 deposit before they would order it! Horrible service when I needed 3 bras! I was dismissed! I was insulted and will never go there again!

Original review from 3 months ago: Tried to go for a fitting and new bra on a day they were open but a sign was up that the store was closed for the day, apparently due to short staffing. Tried to set up an appointment by emailing the email address on the site for appointments and never received a response and it’s been weeks. Might be a nice store, but not very accessible. For all of my plus size women in the valley - this is the spot! I’ve never had a genuine bra fitting, and I knew I desperately needed one after fluctuating in weight and in the process, losing track of my bra size. Karla was so kind and gave me so many options, wired and not, color variations, and band sizing until we found my size.
