I had the best experience with Melody for my lip flip! It was my first time getting Botox so I was a little nervous and unsure what I was wanting. She truly listened to all of my concerns and never once pressured me into getting Botox I didn’t need. She took the time to explain everything clearly so I could make a decision about exactly what I wanted. The whole process was comfortable, and I left feeling confident and beautiful. I highly recommend Melody!

I had the best facial! She really took the time to examine my skin and recommend a facial that would benefit me the most. She even sent me additional recommendations after my appointment. Super friendly and knowledgeable!

Service has went down with the new ownership. I would like to know where Desi went so I can follow. Waiting 15 minutes for someone to take my credit card to pay so I could leave is absurd and then on top of that not getting any type of apology the day of from the owner that made me wait. There was no apology until the manager reached out about the service and I explained my dissatisfaction. Additionally, a refund was not offered until I said I would never return.
