Bellco was wonderful and since switching over they do not care about their loyal customers that stayed. I’ve had grandparents that opened accounts for me since I was 16 and we loved it when it was Bellco. I can never actually talk to someone who works at the branch I go to… always just a 1- 800 number. One of my checks was lost to the person it was supposed to go and I was charged $22 to cancel the check. Absolutely absurd!! Don’t even wanna be a member for the credit union anymore!
I feel valued and cared about as a customer. I couldn't imagine having a better bank, and every one is professional and very helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a trusted and very respectable credit union. They did an amazing job with thr merger from Bellco too, and the resources and banking available are even better now.
Terrible bank since switching over from Belco to this. Terrible customer service and will permanently disable your card with no warning if suspected fraud, with no accommodations.
(Important information) I've been with this bank since I was born, but they switched over. When I finally got a good job and keep attract of my money. I found out for myself they been charging me 9 dollars for paper statements. They never even told me. All because I'm not under 18 or 55. My family has been there long time. They probably took more then what they gave me for banking with them. Hopefully this informs everyone they will charge paper statements if you not under 18 or 55.
