Excellent staff service!!!!!!! extremely knowledgeable on the questions I had for my service. staff It’s very friendly and well organized.
It was better when it was Bellco FCU, after the merger with First Commonwealth FCU, the quality went down and the service is awful. I was with Bellco FCU for 10 years with zero problems. As soon as the merger happened it’s been nothing but issues, glitches, incompetence and lies. Add in the horrible customer service and attitude from the employees and tellers that don’t even last more than a month. Switched to Diamond Credit Union and couldn’t be happier.
