I came here with my son to open a checking account. I was told by Brenda that my son's ID and SS card weren't enough and that we HAD to have a birth certificate. Im not sure how she is working the front desk, not only with her misinformation but her awful attitude. If it wasn't for Cristyl being absolutely amazing, I would have walked out and gone to a different bank.

I do not suggest banking here. I called last week about a withdrawal I needed to make from my account and was asked which day I needed it. I said the future date and was told that would be no problem and that nothing else was needed from me to make sure there were no problems. However, upon arriving I was told that they couldn’t give me the money from my account. I want to take a moment to recognize Brenda and Germain for their outstanding customer service. They’ve both gone above and beyond in helping me with my banking needs, always making sure every issue is resolved thoroughly. Germain has also been a huge help to my daughter, assisting her multiple times with account questions, lost cards, and even damaged ones.
