Kim, Who is an Assistant manager at this Location. I have had her assistance at several times, which she has stepped up to the plate and has really helped me a lot. If you want to have good customer service sit down and speak with her. I had a car loan with Bellco in 2021. It’s currently 2026. I was recently in a car accident and my insurance company was sending me a check for the Vehicle that was totaled. Bellco told Geico that I still had a loan on my car. Very easy to get done what I needed. There were 3 tellers and line moved quickly. The woman I worked with knew her stuff and I was in and out quickly.
This is the best location! Ross & Melissa are the best!
Normally I like a credit union over a big bank, but an "inactivity fee" for not using an account is stupid. If I ever get charged this fee I will be taking my money elsewhere. The "paper statement" fee is also bullshit. Do better.
I miss the Bellco in Littleton off Mineral. It was so convenient and the staff was friendly.
