UNBELIEVABLE, you CANNOT call the branch you are looking for directly. You get sent to some call center in my case Maryland. I’m in Colorado, wasted a bunch of my time. Tje Rep had to fill out a stupid form. Couldn’t give me a phone number to the branch wouldn’t give me a phone number to the branch , at least 15 minutes of my time was wasted it is the most ridiculous situation I have ever come across With a company. My faith in Bellco just went downhill!
My son received an auto loan with me as a cosigner. Kim was helpful, cordial and professional as always. I was surprised though that it was a problem to reverse a couple of insufficient funds due to the money movement mix up. Another banker, Justin, tried to help us with the insufficient funds issue. It's a big inconvenience for our family to lose over 100 dollars due to overdraft fees. I personally have to work hard for that kind of money. Lazy employees. Branch closes at 5. Basically refused to help us at 415 with an auto loan. Reached out to customer service and they said that the branch people could have helped us but chose not to. Do not go here. Lazyness is unacceptable. Don’t go here
Incredibly bad customer service. I come 1 minute after close, and the lady opens the door, tells me to go away and they can’t help with my deposit. Truly, if you can find another bank - and there are many - you should. These people do not care about their work or their customers.
