Was referred to Bellco as being the best place to establish a HELOC. Communication with the rep who became our banker was excellent and expectation for the approval process was accurately set; important due our tight project schedule. Things got a little harried at the end and our new banker Kim, really hustled and went the extra mile to make things work. All contact with the Riverpoint branch has been very good and we're pleased to be new customers.

Went in for cash was told I had the money in my account but that i could not get cash cause they have no cash.

I wish I did not have accounts with Bellco. I’m attempting to link my Bellco accounts with accounts at another credit union, I was told this wasn’t possible. To transfer funds between accounts I was told I need to come to a branch and manually get a check to drive it over to the other credit union to deposit it. I called ENT and they were able to link that accounts and initiate the transfer on their side. This is the third terrible experience I’ve had with Bellco customer service. Stephany was awesome. Originally, tried opening a Bellco acct at the South of Alameda & Wadsworth branch, & was lied to about getting checks & debit card. After 2 weeks, I still had nothing in the mail, so closed that account. I decided to check with your branch at Riverpoint, & was so pleasantly surprised with Stephany, as she not only gave me honest information, she issued me a debit card on the spot along with temporary checks.
