Good branch, terrible company. I cannot access any of my funds through my banking application. Embarrassing, Wells Fargo could manage this and they’re bad. Transferring my funds as soon as possible. The branch is actually solid. I’m always greeted at the door and have my issues resolved in a few minutes.
I switched to this credit union last year and was shocked to see it's rating on google reviews. This bank held the loan for my 2011 Tacoma for the 5 years I made payments on it and I had a great experience with their customer service. Now that they are also my regular financial institution I have had nothing but positive experiences with this location, and with their mobile/web services. Highly recommend Bellco.

If this isn't FRAUD, it's as close as it gets. I agreed to an auto loan through Bellco via a car dealership. I set up my online account and made my first payment. It somehow became my autopay option, which was weird, but okay. Six months later I started receiving texts that my payments were being reversed. This is by a thousand miles, the worst bank I've ever had the misfortune of using. I've had this bank a short few months and cannot say a single good thing about it. The smallest issue is their bs online banking, type in your password wrong one time and it makes you change your password. I now have no idea what my password is bc I've had to change it so many times that I can't remember what I have to use anymore so every time I have to login I have to change my password.
