Lorena was highly knowledgeable and was able to educate me on the differences between loans, lines of credits and credit cards when I went in wanting a personal loan and even further helping me with an amount I didn’t even know I could reach. She was very helpful and very timely and understood my urgency and priorities. The office also has very lovely view! Highly recommend, I felt invested in and cared for throughout my process in finding the right money outlet for my situation.

Wrongful repossession of my vehicle with no notifications sent indicating any issues with my account. Was previously lied to by a representative that stated ‘paying a loan amount early would not effect me and would not charge again on auto pay due date’ so my account was overdrawn after already paying the loan early. When that payment was reversed, they also reversed all future payments without any notifications. Good branch, terrible company. I cannot access any of my funds through my banking application. Embarrassing, Wells Fargo could manage this and they’re bad. Transferring my funds as soon as possible. The branch is actually solid. I’m always greeted at the door and have my issues resolved in a few minutes.
I switched to this credit union last year and was shocked to see it's rating on google reviews. This bank held the loan for my 2011 Tacoma for the 5 years I made payments on it and I had a great experience with their customer service. Now that they are also my regular financial institution I have had nothing but positive experiences with this location, and with their mobile/web services. Highly recommend Bellco.
