My previous bank followed the trend of turning into a giant corporation full of fees and nonsense. As one of the last bastions for free banking in northern Colorado, this institution has been an excellent fit for me. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable; this place truly is a diamond in the rough for small business owners (and everyone else, too). If I could leave zero stars I would. Needed a document notarized and have NEVER had a problem with my court paperwork being notarized at any other Bellco, because their notary didn't have insurance, she wasn't comfortable notarizing a document that only needed to be notarized because I had to sign it in front of her. Maybe have insurance for your notary's or someone that actually has some basic knowledge of court paperwork, not even the manager knew what she was talking about, tried stating they could show me other examples ... read more
We initially were referred to Bellco, and have been thrilled with their incentives through the referral program. Maya has helped us every step of the way. We are most excited about the great interest rate on their boost checking after meeting requirements. Just stopped in today to get counter checks printed. Overall it has been a fantastic experience. Highly recommend if you are looking to make a switch. Keep up the great customer service y'all.
Shoutout to Maya who was so patient and helpful during the account setup process. The bureaucracy of banking in general can be a bit anxiety producing but the employees here were nothing but incredibly helpful and supportive. They truly made banking an enjoyable experience and I highly recommend this location :).
Lorena was highly knowledgeable and was able to educate me on the differences between loans, lines of credits and credit cards when I went in wanting a personal loan and even further helping me with an amount I didn’t even know I could reach. She was very helpful and very timely and understood my urgency and priorities. The office also has very lovely view! Highly recommend, I felt invested in and cared for throughout my process in finding the right money outlet for my situation.
