I tried to refinance my auto loan here and I don’t know if I have ever experienced more incompetance in customer service in my entire life. I was preapproved around 14 days ago. A guy named Trevon said I would have a loan in 48 hours, just needed proof of address and 10 day payoff quote. Around a week elapsed before he told me my proof of address wasn’t valid and I immediately resent. Another week finally told to go in and all set to sign. I went in for 3 pm appointment.
