EVERYTIME I come to this location I receive AMAZING service. I get any questions I have answered and I've been coming so much I've work with almost the whole staff and I receive the same amazing service everytime. I love it!
I'm picking up a theme in reading through other people's reviews. I've wasted weeks now to complete a wire transfer simply because I listened to the branch staff when I asked them the process. Al Morales gave me a business card to email him so I could transfer some money internationally. I emailed him two weeks ago, and he never answered any of my repeated emails. Kathleen is amazing! She is so sweet and extremely knowledgeable and it was a pleasure working with her! She has the perfect energy you want when going into a bank! Every time I’ve been into this particular banking branch I’ve had a great experience with all staff, working their best for the fastest help and results! Also, very clean and cool for Summer, warm for Winter! Absolutely thrilled to be apart of the Bellco family!
