I visited the Washington branch to apply for a credit card for my dad without an appointment. Julie assisted me and was excellent in helping me with everything, including resolving my account issues. She was polite and very willing to help.
I've been banking with Bellco for 23 years and have never had a bad experience at any of the branches. Banking is easy, and their phone and desktop apps are extremely easy to navigate. Always very pleased with their service.
The costumer service has always been nice and helped me when I had questions.
