Ty is an excellent credit assistant, incredible customer assistance, unfortunately the lady at general front counter is totally impolite.
After disputing unauthorized charges to my BellCo debit card, I was told that there was an "internal input error" on BellCo's part resulting in declining my dispute. After acknowledging that error on their part, they told me it was not possible to reopen the dispute, or file another one. Just to hammer that home - they made that error, even after repeated attempts on my part to provide accurate details and documentation regarding the disputed amounts. Wanted to share great customer experience and getting my loans finally processed after a debacle from another branch. Tyler Arnold and his manager Julie were able to see the problem quickly, same day and resolve issues with loan process. This beach I highly recommend. Have a blessed day.
