Extremely disappointed in today’s visit to the branch. I’ve banked with Bellco for over 10 years and have never been treated so poorly as I was today. It was the “that’s not my job” approach directing me to a 800 number for something that could have been handled in the branch. 0/10 recommend the tellers at this location.
Ty Arnold was extremely professional and pleasant in helping me apply for a car loan. If I could give 10 stars I would. Highly recommend Ty for your banking needs!
Poor and unhelpful customer service. Near impossible to get assistance on credit card issues through the 3rd party phone number which is always out of service somehow. Bellco phone reps are untrained and will transfer you around to other people who dont know what they're doing. Employees need to be trained to not shut machines down early so that I can access services during posted operating hours.
