My mother-in-law moved into memory care last January with advanced Alzheimer’s. Her husband had been caring for her full time in another state and needed additional support. Shiny bells and whistles but poor care and very very very poor communication. This company ended up costing me 26k in unnecessary medical bills due to their negligence. This is nothing short of a cash grab for the owner, whose own family is there and receives special meals and attention over the other residents. When confronted the owner only made threats to remove my father if he wasn't happy. They kicked my father out for getting a urinary tract infection that caused temporary psychosis, all a root from their inability to ... read more
