I bought a bangle bracelet from Bella's which was stamped 925, however, is was only silver plated. Nicole the owner, might have assumed it was sterling silver, like she represented. So I emailed her with a the information and a picture, I received no reply. Very disappointing!
Nice shop, bad experience. I bought a ring that I really loved Saturday 6 April in this shop. Sold as silver, but without hallmark. It had some stains that the sales assistant seemed to have removed. After a day the ring has lost color and stains the fingers, it has new stains and has lost 4 small stones (the day after the 5th also).
