I am so happy with my move to Bellarine Springs. Staff have gone out of their way to be supportive and helpful (particularly sales manager Fiona). Community is friendly and welcoming. Unit is very comfortable and attractive.

We moved into our brand new home at Bellarine Springs two and a half years ago and have never been happier. The layout of the village is excellent with like-minded people. We have a fantastic life here. It's the type of village where you can do as little as you want or throw yourself into everything. The choice is yours to make. We love living in Bellarine Springs and being part of our community is very special. At our time of life living in a community that cares means so much.
Great service by administration, always helpful and assisting you along the way in your purchase. Well built and designed houses. Friendly residents, village close to facilities.
