I went to Tristan a few weeks ago with servere Sciatica ,leaving me exhausted and feeling my legs has lost strength. He is extremely knowledgeable and a good listener,in wanting to pin point the issue. He has worked out an exercise routine ,that is easy and is not overwhelming,therefore I'm doing them religiously.
