Thanks to Tania and Tim for their work. We had some blinds installed late last year - x 1 internal and x2 exterior blinds. Very happy with the installation and appearance of these which is what you would expect from any quality retailer. There was however a problem recently with one of the external blinds which wouldn’t retract - a quick call to Tania lead to a timely visit by Tim - all fixed. Great service extends past the initial installation - Thanks again.

It's funny - someone left a 1-star review here for Tania. I carefully read it and was very impressed with Tania's measured response. It actually gave me more reason to use Tania when I saw how she handled this issue. And I am very glad we did use her. She provided valuable advice and guidance in selection decisions, and my wife and I felt very comfortable with what she outlined.
