James at the tile store was incredibly helpful—he sourced the tile I wanted quickly from the supplier and kept me updated throughout the process. Jace and his team did our kitchen backsplash, a bit of flooring and some bathroom for us. They also did an entire bathroom for us and all flooring five years ago. Each time I have been impressed with their passion and workmanship. They have a desire to make it excellent. One time one of them even said "We are happy when you are happy". 11/10 experience with Jin, who recently tiled our fireplace. Jin was a pleasure to have in our home. His workmanship and attention to detail are clearly evident in the quality of his work.
