I had my first appointment today at Bellanova Beauty Lab, for an IPL facial with Anna, and I soon realized that I had finally found my beauty spot 🤩. Since I was a first-time client, Magda and Anna both took their time to evaluate my skin and understand my concerns. I went to Bellanova Beauty for an eyelash lift with Anna and had a fantastic experience. The spa was clean, well-kept, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Anna was thorough, took her time, and explained every step of the process, which I really appreciated. I like knowing what’s happening, and she made sure I was comfortable throughout. My lashes look beautiful, and I will definitely be back for more treatments!
The place is really clean and neat. All the staff is super welcoming and nice. I did eye brow shape with Anna and I absolutely loved it !! She spent time to design the shape carefully and to review it with me before proceeding with the waxing. I really like the service and the attention to the details without rushing it (very uncommon in NYC). I can’t wait to come back to try another service.
