The place is really clean and neat. All the staff is super welcoming and nice. I did eye brow shape with Anna and I absolutely loved it !! She spent time to design the shape carefully and to review it with me before proceeding with the waxing. I really like the service and the attention to the details without rushing it (very uncommon in NYC). I can’t wait to come back to try another service.
I had such a wonderful experience at Bellanova Beauty Spa! I went in for waxing and was genuinely impressed — it was virtually pain-free, beautifully done, and the whole atmosphere was so calming and welcoming. The staff were incredibly kind and professional, making the entire visit feel relaxing and comfortable. Highly recommend if you’re looking for top-notch service with a gentle touch!
