Can't say enough good stuff about the staff here. Buu (head nurse) and Joanna (administer) were attentive and took the time to update me on my mom's situation and assist with vid appointments, arranging transport to therapy, and so much more. Jeffrey and his whole team are great, too many to name but I'll try: Janet, Mey, Buu, Joanna, Corinna, Chef Carlos, Dena, Daniel, Karen, Angelina. The name says it all
Bellaken Gardens is an awesome place to work. Large variety of residents to work with, friendly employees, friendly residents, loving and caring families come to visit their relatives, excellent work environment and Multi-cultural in addition to learning about different cultures/traditions that have gone on for centuries. Additionally, I have started to learn some Cantonese. This facility is always short of staff. Giving employees x2 of the normal ratio. I feel bad for the patients and workers there. Summer is coming and no a/c neither fans in patient room.
