Love this place, the owner, and all modalities. Wonderful energy and wonderful tools like the Flopresso to get me feeling my best. The clear light sauna is divine and the massage therapist is top class. Highly recommend if your in the area!

Donna is the real deal. She looks beyond the surface, through testing and assessments to find the real issue, then treats it with skill and care. Left as tense as I came in. I expressed that I would like to focus on relaxation and my shoulders and her focus was on most everything but that. There were two times at which I expressed that something hurt asking her to stop and she responded saying that “it would be worth it I. The longterm.”
