I ride this shuttle from the Anacortes ferry terminal to SeaTac airport frequently. It's reliable, clean, convenient, drivers and staff are very pleasant and helpful, and reservations can be made online. Sure beats driving that route and parking for traveling.
The shuttle has a stop at San Juan Ferry Terminal but the schedule lines up where you have to take a wait two hours for next shuttle. I took the earliest ferry which gets in at 7am hoping to make the 7:05am shuttle, but when i arrived at the pickup location at 7:07am they had left. I would assume waiting at least 5 mins for reserved passengers would be standard but apparently not.
