My girlfriends and I used the shuttle from Seattle Airport to Anacortes and then again for the return trip . The busses and shuttle vans did a marvelous job with their driving and timeless. The busses were all clean and the drivers very courteous. One does need to give yourself time between connections with the shuttle and ferries due to possible delays. Overall the company did an outstanding job.
Seattle to Anacortes Bellair shuttle experience: Waiting for 45 minutes in a hot tunnel (15 min early arrival as requested + 30 minutes late) for a bus that is not arriving and no ETA was extremely unpleasant. When the driver arrived and told us the bus to Anacortes wouldn't leave without us, we felt better. When we arrived in Burlington, there was no bus and we were told it would be one hour for the bus to return. Then that was revised to "we don't know and we can't guarantee you when."
