I had an issue with my glasses that I couldn’t get fixed for two weeks, even after visiting two other shops. I came here because of the reviews and they did NOT disappoint and the shopkeeper fixed the problem instantly in under five minutes, Not only was the service incredibly fast and effective, but the shopkeeper was also kind, friendly, and polite. He fixed my glasses,when no one could around!!
They ripe me off saying my empire blue cross insurance doesn’t cover my glasses they over charges me and has me waiting forever and the glass are name brand and fragile they broke so easily and they wanna charge me to get it fix So then you ripe me off cause I always pay i switch to a new place and they don’t charge me at all only if I want shades
Glasses are over price even with prescription and insurance feels like a scam I switch to new place and didn’t need to pay anything Every time I go there you always charge me you never give me any free option so stop lying
This place is a ripe off They overcharge for their glasses and to repair them and they don’t except my insurance
